From the first conversation to a solution that works.

You do not need to know the technology or the exact scope in advance. We start with the problem you want to solve, then agree on the right next step together.

Process

  1. First, we understand

What you want to achieve, who the solution is for and what is getting in the way today.

  2. Then, we agree on a plan

What comes first, who makes decisions and when we review the work together.

  3. Finally, we deliver

Build, testing and launch, with a clear handover of everything that belongs to your business.

How we work

We agree on the important things before we start building.

No two projects are the same. We adapt the plan to your situation, but we do not skip the agreement, the review of work or clear responsibility.

  1. Discovery and analysis
  2. Plan and individual proposal
  3. Structure and UI/UX design
  4. Development and integrations
  5. Testing and release preparation
  6. Launch
  7. Measurement, support and growth

Discovery and analysis

We start by talking through what needs to change, who will use the solution and what already exists. If something is unclear, we write it down before making a proposal.

What you get

  • The business goal and the users, written down
  • A review of the current situation and its constraints
  • A list of open questions and risks

What we need from you

  • A short description of the need through the form
  • One conversation with the person who decides
  • Access to the existing site and accounts, if any

Plan and individual proposal

We turn the conversation into a clear scope, order of work and indicative timing. The proposal is made for your project, not pulled from a preset package.

What you get

  • Documented scope with phases and responsibilities
  • Indicative timing per phase
  • A proposal written for this project

What we need from you

  • Confirmation of scope and priorities
  • A decision on what goes first if it is not all built at once
  • Approval of the proposal

Structure and UI/UX design

Before full implementation, we agree on content, flows and the look of the key screens. That way, we are looking in the same direction before the serious build starts.

What you get

  • Content map and user flows
  • Screens and their key states
  • An agreed design direction before full build

What we need from you

  • Copy, images and logo, or an agreement that we prepare them
  • Feedback consolidated into a single round
  • One person who signs off

Development and integrations

We build the agreed parts of the project and connect the services that need to work together. You have a version to look at and comment on while the work is underway.

What you get

  • Frontend and backend through the agreed milestones
  • Connected integrations and APIs
  • A preview build while the work is running

What we need from you

  • Access to the services we connect to
  • Answers to questions during the phase
  • Confirmation of priorities whenever something changes

Testing and release preparation

Before launch, we check that everything works as it should on the devices that matter for the project. We also set up the basics needed to measure what happens next.

What you get

  • Functionality and responsive behaviour verified
  • Performance checked on the relevant devices
  • Analytics configured and essential SEO in place

What we need from you

  • Your review on the test build
  • Issues reported in one place
  • Any content that was still missing

Launch

We publish the site or app where it needs to be. We help with domains, hosting and app stores, while your accounts and digital assets remain yours.

What you get

  • Deployment to your domain and hosting
  • Support through the App Store and Google Play process
  • Accounts and digital assets under your ownership

What we need from you

  • A decision on the launch date
  • Domain access, or approval to purchase one
  • Availability on launch day

Measurement, support and growth

After launch, we can continue with maintenance, new features, optimisation and campaigns when there is a real need for them.

What you get

  • Results tracked through analytics
  • Maintenance and new features as agreed
  • SEO work and campaign management as agreed

What we need from you

  • An agreement on the support model
  • Priorities for further development
  • Access to the data behind the results

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does a whole project take?

It depends on scope. You get a timeline in the proposal, after the first phase — we do not quote a deadline before we understand the work.

Can I get a price straight away?

For websites, you can immediately see the starting prices and what they include. We confirm the final price after reviewing content, page count, functionality and responsibilities.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?

Changes are normal. When one comes up we write down what is changing and how it affects timing and cost, and we continue once that is agreed.

Who owns the accounts, domain and digital assets?

The client. Accounts, domains and infrastructure are set up so they stay under the client's control, including after the engagement ends.

What if my content is not ready?

We work with incomplete content. During the structure phase we agree what you prepare and what we take on, so content does not become the bottleneck.

Do I need to understand the technology?

No. We explain decisions in plain language — the business goal takes precedence over technical jargon.
